Me✨: Ah ahnnnn Oshey
Me✨: Okay so where are you from

Tisi: Taraba state

Me✨: So school?
Me✨: what level are you in and what school

Tisi: I’m in Baze University, classified 100 level

Me✨: Cheee
Me✨: so let's start the main thing
Me✨: What inspired you to do music

Tisi: well ever since I could remember I always used to like write raps in class, everything I was always into music, I used to really like it.
I was always that guy singing at everybody is like "guy shut up now" that kind of thing but I never really entered the studio until my ss3. It was me and Dush we just decided omo people have been telling us to enter studio since let's just do it.

Me✨: I understand πŸ˜‚πŸ™ŒπŸ½
Me✨: What inspired you to write exactly

Tisi:well actually its like I listen to a lot of rappers bar and I feel like rap is really cool I wonder if I can do that so I was like ok I'll just try it shouldn't be that hard is just rhyming words. It's actually far harder than that, you can't just be rhyming words, but when I started I was very horrible but eventually I got the hang of it and I actually learnt like really fast so yeah its a talent.

Me✨: Have you tried singing πŸ‘€
Me✨: I can relate πŸ˜‚
Steady making waves

Tisi: Yes but my voice doesn’t really agree with me
Tisi: But I’m not a bad singer

Me✨: Thats good πŸ˜‚

Tisi: πŸ˜‚

Me✨: Do you have any other talents
Me✨: I'm referring to the weird ones 🌚

Tisi: Well I can draw πŸ˜‚

Me✨: Are you good?

Tisi: Yea I’m pretty good

Me✨: So how would you describe your style of music and who's your favorite artist

Tisi: When it comes to music I’m very diverse, I can switch up from trap, to rap, to grime, to Trap soul, to afro and so on, but recently I’ve been doing more of grime

Me✨: That's great
Me✨: Your favorite artist?

Tisi: Well that’s hard cause I love a lot of artists, but if I’m forced to pick, it’ll be jcole

Me✨: Do you think you can be like him someday?

Tisi: No not really, I don’t want to be like anybody, I want people to want to be like me

Me✨: MadπŸ˜‚✨πŸ™ŒπŸ½
Me✨: So what's your biggest achievement so far in your career

Tisi: Well my biggest achievement is actually getting more than 10k plays on SoundCloud, it’s amazing knowing soo many people listen to me and I just started 2017

Me✨: That's really great
Me✨: So finally what advice do you want to give to upcoming artists like yourself?

Tisi: Well, being an upcoming abj artist can be really frustrating, you get a lot of criticism, you loose a lot of friends, you loose privacy, but you have to keep your eye on the goal at all times, with a great game plan you can’t go wrong

Me✨: Very good
Me✨: Now your social media and links to your songs?

I used to be ashamed of being who I want to be You think because I’m a woman then I really can’t be me  You think cause I’m black then I really can’t be free  Well screw all your stereotypes cause God loves all equally I wanna be the president I really want to rule  Not cause I think I’m better cause I know what I can do  Cause every life we lose it makes me feel so confused Like is this really what my country has amounted to This isn’t just a poem  It’s a clear out declaration  I am Nigerian it’s my home and it’s my nation  I’m tired of killings and I’m tired of the pain  I’m 18 and I’m scared will I see the next day  Will I see my matriculation, my certification or convocation, or will I make it to my next birthday This is a call to everyone who thinks that they can do better  Everyone who knows now won’t be forever  When you leave your country you open doors up There’s evil there’...
Hey guysssss Its me again😌😌😌 Well I'm guessing you knew that since you are on my blog and whatnot soπŸ˜‚ Okay so I wanted to do this as a middle of the year post since at my church we are going to have a massive Sunday on the 25th just praising God and going all out for keeping us till the middle of yet another year. Uhm, so I will be going to the university soon, and honestly, I haven't gotten admission yet, cause the lists aren't out for my school and all, but people always question my choice, like "Obehi why that school?" "Do you know how hard it is to get it" "The partiality is too much etc. Well they're all right and I get it, I do appreciate the concern but everything is human worry, and human mentality, what we see as a mountain from down here, God sees it as a little rock. And I just wanted to do this today since I had this surge of energy and encouragement to write. This year, it seemed to me like the devil was purposely...

BOOK REVIWS

HI HI HI HI HI☺☺☺☺☺☺ I am back from the land of bloggers block and I’m here to do book reviews, think of it as a valentines treat. For those who are like me and aren’t planning on turning up tomorrow, or doing anything social except social networking, and of course socializing with family…(UGH!) curling up with a good book is always a valentineπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’‹πŸ’‹ treat. I am obsessed with books that actually have their own movies which is why we see MEMOIRS OF A GEISHA This book is fantastic, I read it and I kept on reading it, the writer Arthur Golden is really golden. The Asian culture has always been beautiful to me so seeing it here has been a lovely literary experience, a core favorite of mine is how he shows the utmost transition from a poor girl in a fishing village to one of the best geisha in all of Japan, though she is drenched is modesty and she gives a classic line that I do take as a personal phras...
