MY FAVORITE CLOTHING ITEMS

HEYYYYYY

Look who's now working overtime. LOL

Okay so, this idea came from me trying to organize my closet, keyword, trying lol, so i realized that my style is kind of unique in the sense that i tend to hoard a particular type of clothing. Confused a bit? yeah i am too actually, but nonetheless lets get started.

1.  SHORT SHORTS

This will probably be what you'd notice first about my wardrobe and that is my obsession with shorts. I wear these shorts almost all the time, I feel really relaxed and comfortable in them, so if you probably decide to pay a surprise visit well, you know what you'd find me wearing then.πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰

2. TANK TOPS

This is also another go to piece of clothing i have, like for example if I just took my bath and wasn't going anywhere or doing anything I would love to just chill in a tank top, This one is quite an obsession like, when i go shopping with my mom and i just see one i ask for it almost based on urge. LOL (Fun fact: I can only wear tank tops alone outside the house to dance, I am not allowed to wear it anywhere else)

3. BIG T-SHIRTS

I wear these to sleep normally cause theyre usually faded or old, I always collect them from my dad when hes done with them or even most times while he is still wearing them. I am actually putting a green one on as we speak. FUNNNN

4.. SKINNY JEANS

Okay okay okay, finally I have reached stuff i would actually wear out, I am a big fan of skinny jeans, and i have been ever since i was a bit younger, then i used to love multicolored skinny jeans i had about eight of them but i could only find one or tow colored ones when i checked, I think that skinny's are a necessity because they are quite fashionable and you can wear them with almost anything. Here is a tip, when you wear skinny's and you want to wear it with a longer top fold the legs to about 8 inches from your ankles this gives the low-key effect of leggings.

5. CROP TOPS

To me being able to wear crop tops is a victory that i dont take for granted, LOL girls will get me on this, i am about to make quite a comment and i do hope it doesn't offend anyone, i am one for equality in all women but i feel if you have a big stomach dont wear crop tops plain, If your stomach is just averagely fat you can wear em, do think you can wear crop tops, fat or skinny but for some people  especially those whos stomachs fold its better to wear this with a camisole inside it looks good that way.

6. ANKARA CROP TOPS

This trend had me as soon as i saw it, legit its sick, I wasn't a big fan of Ankara mainly because i thought it seemed to be too much and basically just redesigning what someone else has already designed, but Ankara crop tops are a hip, fresh new style and they kind of just bring out your culture and your swag all at the same time.

7. SKINNY BELTS

If you're a teenager and you dont have skinny belts, hold the phone, what the heck are you still doing, Skinny belts are a core necessity. I know we all have that pair of trousers that looks amazing on us but is a little bit big around the waist, I think you shouldn't just be looking envious instead try adding a skinny belt, it'll hold it, plus if it has a fancy buckle it adds a bit of spice. Also if you  have that dress that is really pretty but just refuses to show off the curves properly use a skinny belt.

8. BIG DENIM SHIRTS

I really personally like this trend, I am a big fan of denim and big shirts so the world of fashion has done me an all time epic favor by combining these two together to make a hell of a clothing piece. My favorite way is probably with a shirt dress or skirt or with a crop top and leggings.

I used to be ashamed of being who I want to be You think because I’m a woman then I really can’t be me  You think cause I’m black then I really can’t be free  Well screw all your stereotypes cause God loves all equally I wanna be the president I really want to rule  Not cause I think I’m better cause I know what I can do  Cause every life we lose it makes me feel so confused Like is this really what my country has amounted to This isn’t just a poem  It’s a clear out declaration  I am Nigerian it’s my home and it’s my nation  I’m tired of killings and I’m tired of the pain  I’m 18 and I’m scared will I see the next day  Will I see my matriculation, my certification or convocation, or will I make it to my next birthday This is a call to everyone who thinks that they can do better  Everyone who knows now won’t be forever  When you leave your country you open doors up There’s evil there’...
Hey guysssss Its me again😌😌😌 Well I'm guessing you knew that since you are on my blog and whatnot soπŸ˜‚ Okay so I wanted to do this as a middle of the year post since at my church we are going to have a massive Sunday on the 25th just praising God and going all out for keeping us till the middle of yet another year. Uhm, so I will be going to the university soon, and honestly, I haven't gotten admission yet, cause the lists aren't out for my school and all, but people always question my choice, like "Obehi why that school?" "Do you know how hard it is to get it" "The partiality is too much etc. Well they're all right and I get it, I do appreciate the concern but everything is human worry, and human mentality, what we see as a mountain from down here, God sees it as a little rock. And I just wanted to do this today since I had this surge of energy and encouragement to write. This year, it seemed to me like the devil was purposely...

BOOK REVIWS

HI HI HI HI HI☺☺☺☺☺☺ I am back from the land of bloggers block and I’m here to do book reviews, think of it as a valentines treat. For those who are like me and aren’t planning on turning up tomorrow, or doing anything social except social networking, and of course socializing with family…(UGH!) curling up with a good book is always a valentineπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’‹πŸ’‹ treat. I am obsessed with books that actually have their own movies which is why we see MEMOIRS OF A GEISHA This book is fantastic, I read it and I kept on reading it, the writer Arthur Golden is really golden. The Asian culture has always been beautiful to me so seeing it here has been a lovely literary experience, a core favorite of mine is how he shows the utmost transition from a poor girl in a fishing village to one of the best geisha in all of Japan, though she is drenched is modesty and she gives a classic line that I do take as a personal phras...
