The secrets to some of the best crews and teams!

Hey guys!

I'm back with a very special and interesting one today and one that you'll need to share with your friends after hopefully
Okay as most of you know I dance, I'm a dancer and this whole post revolves that a little.
Ever since I started officially dancing which was about 3 years ago I've always been in groups. My first crew Ground Shakers, we had one gig but still. Then my church dance crew blazone which was an amazing Two
years but i had to leave them for a short while I was in this crew called UDX that was when I got a taste of my first actual open performance experience. And now Dynastie which is a crew that I hope we last honestly it seems like my last.
Any way because I've been in quite a few I've picked up a couple of things and from other researches.
So the secret the proper crew is pretty cool and easy but hard. Now it has less to do with technique or skill and more to do with connection with crew members. A lot of times people get it wrong and assume of you aren't harsh then you won't get the best but that's very wrong.
It is human nature to get the temptation to break the rules, and it all depends on how you enforce them. If you're in a crew at the moment and you're the leader never assume the other members are beneath you and pass your message or instructions across calmly.
Sometimes we jump into crews with people we don't gel with. That can cause a big problem because at this point there's no point and you may not even realize this person may be the reason your crew isn't doing as well. Sometimes its just one person that seems to have all the skill but is a proper dead weight so be conscious of that.
This is the last thing and I have to say this before I write, I'm a writer, I write what I feel, and what I connect to, so I'm not throwing any shade, and this isn't about anyone.
The last thing is dedication. A lot of times people take their crews too playfully. But remember Groups like New edition, Spice girls, Kinjaz etc wouldn't be where they are without dedication. When your crew is down you are down, work your way back up, if things are bad try to fix them, when times are hard don't jump ship. Remember this because fixing things is a lot better than starting over. Treat your teams or groups or crews like they do mean something to you. Everyone is trying to climb the ladder of success but forgetting that honestly it’s not an easy climb, and you always have to pay your dues. Anyway thanks so much for reading, writing this was very fun and I have also learned a lot. If you're in a group of any kind share this to your friends, if you're in a tight spot and tell me how it goes. ❤

  1. There's no lie here. I look forward to being a member of dynastie crew, y'all are the bomb πŸ’£ I also wanna ask a question. If your parents don't want you dancing, majorly because of the genre of dance, music and their idea that dancers are not spiritually sound. what to do?

    1. Talk to them just cause some dancers are like that doesn't mean you have to be, they need to believe they raised you right and let you do what makes you happy and if they don't..... Do it behind their backs 🐰

I used to be ashamed of being who I want to be You think because I’m a woman then I really can’t be me  You think cause I’m black then I really can’t be free  Well screw all your stereotypes cause God loves all equally I wanna be the president I really want to rule  Not cause I think I’m better cause I know what I can do  Cause every life we lose it makes me feel so confused Like is this really what my country has amounted to This isn’t just a poem  It’s a clear out declaration  I am Nigerian it’s my home and it’s my nation  I’m tired of killings and I’m tired of the pain  I’m 18 and I’m scared will I see the next day  Will I see my matriculation, my certification or convocation, or will I make it to my next birthday This is a call to everyone who thinks that they can do better  Everyone who knows now won’t be forever  When you leave your country you open doors up There’s evil there’...
Hey guysssss Its me again😌😌😌 Well I'm guessing you knew that since you are on my blog and whatnot soπŸ˜‚ Okay so I wanted to do this as a middle of the year post since at my church we are going to have a massive Sunday on the 25th just praising God and going all out for keeping us till the middle of yet another year. Uhm, so I will be going to the university soon, and honestly, I haven't gotten admission yet, cause the lists aren't out for my school and all, but people always question my choice, like "Obehi why that school?" "Do you know how hard it is to get it" "The partiality is too much etc. Well they're all right and I get it, I do appreciate the concern but everything is human worry, and human mentality, what we see as a mountain from down here, God sees it as a little rock. And I just wanted to do this today since I had this surge of energy and encouragement to write. This year, it seemed to me like the devil was purposely...

BOOK REVIWS

HI HI HI HI HI☺☺☺☺☺☺ I am back from the land of bloggers block and I’m here to do book reviews, think of it as a valentines treat. For those who are like me and aren’t planning on turning up tomorrow, or doing anything social except social networking, and of course socializing with family…(UGH!) curling up with a good book is always a valentineπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’‹πŸ’‹ treat. I am obsessed with books that actually have their own movies which is why we see MEMOIRS OF A GEISHA This book is fantastic, I read it and I kept on reading it, the writer Arthur Golden is really golden. The Asian culture has always been beautiful to me so seeing it here has been a lovely literary experience, a core favorite of mine is how he shows the utmost transition from a poor girl in a fishing village to one of the best geisha in all of Japan, though she is drenched is modesty and she gives a classic line that I do take as a personal phras...
