I'M SORRY!!!!!
I know its been a really long time since I posted but I have a legit explanation. I've gotten so carried away with school and sorting a lot of stuff with myself. Also dancing, I'm taking that more serious now. And there is an awesome surprise I'm working on, something big for everyone and its a lot of work so I'm super busy, but I'll honestly try my best now. And also let's not forget the most critical writers block I've had this year. 😂 but thank you guys anyway for still reading it means a lot.

Okay so... Everyone has stress. Once in a while it all gets too much. Especially as a teenager. A lot of parents don't get how stressful it is on us as kids. Personally I've has to deal with stress a lot this year and most times I've handled it in different ways that I should have but I'll help so you guys don't do what I did😂
First things first And most important.
Pray
It seems a lot and its probably the last thing we think about most times and thats okay but the first thing we need to do is pray cause there is something about the holy ghost comforting you thats almost eerie bliss. Giving everything to God is all we have to do most times.
Then make sure you "SPEAK" to someone about the thing you're stressed about. Saying your issues out loud has a way of lifting your spirit. So make sure you have a friend or an adult you can talk to about these issues.
Eat✊
This is should be my favorite stress relief method😁 for obvious reasons.
Good food always has a way of calming you ultimately and sometimes clearing your head. So eat, I'd advice something light like noodles or rice.
Exercise
Most times stress causes anger and it rises our adrenaline and the best thing to do when this happens is exercise. And exert your energy so you'll feel relieved or too tired to think😁👀
Music!
This is self explanatory. There is something about songs with high tempo and catchy lyrics about chilling that makes everything seem right. Or something slow with a relaxed vibe ultimately gets you relaxed. So get songs by daya, Hailee steinfield, clean bandit, demi lovato, Jon bellion, Ed sheeran to name a few. Or even more hillsong, planetshakers, Alexis spight, kierra sherrad, Jamie Grace etc. (Tip my my baby girl Mishael)
Okay do these are the best methods for stress relief to me and I do urge you guys to use them cause I have been stressing a lot and in the end I've been fine. Especially cause I've prayed about it. Gods no joke you guys and he treats us like the royalty we were genetically entitled to be. So act like it and don't stress out about the little things. 1 Peter 5:7
